01. Orders｜訂購方式

Butter & Brush products are made fresh and available by pre-order. Please make sure your order details, quantity, pickup or delivery method, and contact information are correct before completing checkout.

Butter & Brush 商品採提前預訂製作。完成訂單前，請確認商品品項、數量、 取貨或配送方式，以及聯絡資料皆填寫正確。

02. Payment｜付款方式

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. An order is considered confirmed once the required ordering and payment information has been successfully submitted.

可使用的付款方式將依結帳頁面顯示為準。 完成必要的訂購及付款資料後，訂單即進入確認與處理流程。

03. Pickup & Home Delivery｜取貨與到府配送

04. Order Changes & Cancellations｜訂單修改與取消

Because our cinnamon rolls are prepared according to pre-orders, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Once production or delivery arrangements have begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

因商品依預訂數量安排製作，如需修改或取消訂單，請盡早與我們聯繫。 若商品已進入製作流程或已安排配送，恕可能無法再修改或取消。

05. Food Quality & Returns｜食品品質與退換貨

Our products are freshly prepared food items. If you receive an incorrect product or notice a quality issue upon receipt, please contact us promptly and provide photos so we can assist you.

Butter & Brush 商品為新鮮製作食品。 若收到商品時發現品項錯誤、商品異常或有品質問題， 請盡快與我們聯繫並提供照片，我們將協助確認與處理。

06. Allergens｜過敏原提醒

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens. If you have food allergies or dietary concerns, please contact us before ordering.
